Grateful for this program. In general, I love its artistry, challenge, and bit of differentiation from what I was used to. Specifically, I love the different flavors for each container so I can still practice depending on what my body might be craving to taste that day. If I'm fresh and pumped there are intense versions for me and if I'm pooped there are restorative versions of the same movements I'd like to work on. Week 4 in particular.... now I'd been working on balance and Warrior 3 and lots of unilateral movements but something about week 4 led to epiphany moments for me. The way the side-body works, how glutes work in conjunction with adductors, and the way my transverse oblique system works. My hips have never really felt better. Plus it's fun as shit. It's part of my everyday life bow. Informative: Rarely was there a question I had that wasn't answered somewhere in the series. And if there was I just needed to pay more attention because it was there too. It's a massive amount of information. I appreciate the time and dedication that went into it and I am proud to honor that as a student. I love and appreciate Coach Kemba's artistry and for setting a great example of what a teacher can be. Oss - Student
