    Thanks to Kancho and Melayne I was able to reach deep into my preparation for the IBJJF Masters. A must-have series for ALL combat athletes and all movers to warm up, cool down and take care of the joints. Loved the breathwork and each second of the whole series.

    Superb routines for longevity
